Carrie Deane
Founder
Carrie is a senior community development executive with 20+ years’ experience spanning frontline service delivery, agency leadership and government-integrated program design.
She has founded and managed community organisations (Rough Threads, Canice’s Kitchen) and led major service reforms throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. She has an extensive cross-sector network with NGOs, health services and local government and her community excellence has been formally acknowledged in NSW Parliament by Senator Andrew Bragg and Allegra Spender MP.
Carrie received a Community Recognition Notice in the Legislative Assembly from Alex Greenwich MP and was a NSW Finalist for Australian of the Year, Local Hero,2015
Sally Bell
Director
Sally is an enterprise technology and innovation leader with 20+ years experience across the US, Asia, Europe and Australia.
She currently leads APAC Media Sales for Amazon Web Services (cloud technology and AI), has led large-scale product development and commercial strategy across 13 markets (Johnson & Johnson), and has founded and scaled several start ups, including a US consumer brand acquired by Champlain Capital.
Sally brings deep expertise in commercial strategy, marketing, and building and scaling digital platforms and businesses, underpinning OnNow’s national ambitions.
